1.Do you guys have all the ingredients to make this recipe?
-In most cases, yes! There are MANY substitutions in the world of brewing, and different companies making similar products with different names. Anybody in the store can assist in deciphering what exactly you will need.
2.Do you sell grains, extracts or hops in bulk?
-Yes. We sell all 3 in bulk and you will receive a discount on bulk purchases. Call or visit the store for more details.
3.Are you open today? What are your hours? Where are you located?
-You can find all that information by clicking here.
4.Can you get this order together for me before I get there?
-Yes. As long as you call ahead of time (or email), and it is on a weekday (weekends can be very busy), we will be happy to get something together for you.
5.Does Brooklyn Homebrew do mail order or local delivery?
-We do not do either. While we get many requests regarding mail order and delivery, our current space doesn’t allow us to offer those services at this time. It is being considered for the future of the business, so please check back often for updates.
6.Will somebody at the store be able to answer my questions?
- Yes! Everyone here takes great pride in an ongoing pursuit of brewing knowledge. We like to talk about brewing, and are always willing to help educate new brewers so they have more successful brews. If there is a question we cannot answer, fear not, we will help you find some answers in our books or online. Other customers are often willing and able to help fellow brewers solve common problems too!
