Blended complex yeast nutrient. Supplies ammonia salts, alpha amino nitrogen, sterols, unsaturated fatty acids, key nutrients, and inactive yeast. Add to fermenting beer after 1/3 of the sugar has depleted. Provides nucleation sites to help keep yeast in suspension decreasing the risk of stuck fermentation. 80g. Use about 1 gram per gallon of beer.
