Ferm Cap S

Foam Control.  Adding 2 drops per gallon to the fermenter allows you to ferment more beer with less head space.  Actually improves head retention in finished beer, because you have less ‘blow-off‘ of head forming compounds during fermentation.

The FermCapS then settles to the bottom of the primary with the rest of the sediment.

Great to add when boiling DME and water in a flask as well.
